What are your Return rights?
1. What are valid reasons for a refund? If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or the color is not the one you ordered, you are qualified to receive a full refund. However, if the goods are not faulty or in accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we do not accept any returns.
Our customer service must be contacted within 3 days of when your order was received, to be eligible for a return.
Here are the following conditions:
(1) Contact Customer Service within 3 days upon receipt of your item (s).
(2) The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
(3) return fee is paid by the customer.
(4) Send pictures to us by Email so that we may approve the return.
(5) Every return must be approved by our customer service before sending the dresses back in order for the return to be valid
2. Can I order several clothes and send back those I do not like or do not fit?
Sorry but this possibility is not available with us, at this moment. Each dress is made to order, so we only take goods back if we have made a mistake (please see point 1 for more details).

If you have any doubt about how the dress color will look like, please send us the URL of the dress by email, and the color you want. We will email you the color table for the desired dress on textile. The color chart we will send shows all available colors directly on fabric, so you can see how the color will look on your dress.
Size and Measurement
1. If I order a standard size can I send it back if it does not fit?
If we have sent the ordered size, we will not accept the dress to be returned back to us. It is important to use the instruction videos on our website to take your measurements. Then, compare your measurements with our size chart, to see what size you would best fit you. In case your measurements differ from our size chart, we have the option for you to choose customized measurements, in order to guarantee a perfect fit.
2. Can I change size or color after payment?
If the dress is not in tailoring we can make those changes for free. Please contact us as soon as possible.
In some cases, there is an administration fee of 22-37 CAD. Please contact our customer service, and we will explain to you all the details in order for you to take an informed decision.
3. I do not understand what "Hollow to Floor" means
Hollow to Floor is the length from the center of your collarbone to the ground. If you measure it, take the ruler from the front, with bare feet. You should stand up straight and keep your feet together.

Do you accept Paypal?
We do not accept Paypal at moment. Our payment methods available are listed exhaustively on our website.
1. Are there any customs fees?
In some cases, your destination country may charge you customs duty or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as they vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
2. Where are the dresses from?
Our factory is located in China, we have high quality at low prices, because we can skip the middleman.
How long does the delivery take?
You can find the Delivery times on our website when you order the dress. Delivery times may vary due to the high season. The valid delivery time is the one that you see when you order the dress.
Do you have a shop in my area?
At the moment we have only one online business.
Can I order by phone?
At the moment, we only accept orders through the website. Payments can be made online.
