Time conditions for return: To make a return, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item (s), in writing via email. After 3 days, we no longer take items back.
Please note that only goods their original label in the original packaging, unworn and in good condition, will be accepted for return. If you wish to return any or all items in your order, please contact us to obtain our return form. The return Form needs to be filled, sent by email and joined in the package with the dress when you send it back.
Reasons for Returns:
1. Falsely delivered goods: Once we confirm that we have delivered the wrong goods (the products do not match the items you ordered), we assume the responsibility for the exchange of goods. You can return the product (s) to us. After reception of the goods, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange it.
2. Goods in the wrong color: If the goods were not produced and delivered in the ordered color, you have the right to return the product and will receive from us a full refund.
3.The size does not fit:
If we sent the wrong size: You can return the product (s) to us, it will be re-measured (in our factory) in order to confirm if the size is wrong or not. Once we confirm that we have delivered the wrong size (e.g: you have size 32 ordered but you got a size 36 get according to our Size Chart), we assume the responsibility for the exchange or the reimbursement of the goods. After reception of the goods, we will exchange or refund the full purchase price of the dress.
If we produced the ordered size, but the dress does not fit, we do not accept any returns, because that means that the measurements given to us were wrong or that the wrong size has been ordered.
When you order a standard size, you need to measure yourself and compare the measurements with our size Chart before you order the dress. To guarantee a perfect fit, it is better to choose the customized measurement option and give your own measurements.

(2) The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

Cancellation of an order
We know that ordering a dress for a special occasion is an important. However, it is important to note that all of our dresses are made to order. Once the production process has begun, the material cannot be reused. Therefore, read our cancellation policy carefully.
Our cancellation policy:
- Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 5 days, and will not be produced.
- If the order is canceled within 72 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a partial refund consisting of shipping costs and 50% of the purchase price.
- If the order is canceled 72-120 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a partial refund consisting of shipping costs and 20% of the purchase price.
- If the order is canceled later than 120 hours after payment confirmation, you will receive back only the shipping costs.
- As soon as the goods ordered by you are sent, the order cannot be canceled.

Return as Exchange or Refund
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check the goods upon delivery for completeness and integrity. Please check your order immediately upon receipt of the goods, to see whether it corresponds to your order specifications. Please try the articles ordered as quickly as possible, without altering the product, without removing the original label and without washing the items.
Please make sure that all clothes and accessories are returned in their original condition, which means, not worn, not washed, not changed, not damaged, clean, free from lint and hair and have their original labels on. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods (shipping fee).
Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items
You are entitled to a refund of the dress purchase price and shipping costs in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items. If the items were damaged during delivery you must make a claim to the delivery company first. The must accompany the returned package. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods (shipping fee).
Questions about size or adjustment
Each of our garments has been tailored by hand and, therefore, a difference of 2.55cm (longer or shorter) is acceptable. It also allows alterations to be done.
In a dress where the size difference is more than 2.55cm compared to the dimensions you specified, it is possible to make the alterations with a local tailor in your neighborhood or return the item. We offer a partial refund after you provide a copy of the receipt. Alterations need to be accepted by our customer service previously in order to be eligible for a refund.
The size is consistent with the size you ordered, but doesn't suit you.
We do not grant right for a return, if the products do not fit the customer, but has been produced according to the size chart or the measurements given upon a customized measurement order. It is the customer's responsibility to measure correctly and in accordance with our instructions. The measurement guide is available on our website.
Please note that slight color differences from the original color are possible due to your monitor/screen. That does not mean that your goods were not delivered in the right color. A return for this reason is therefore rejected. If you are uncertain or have any concerns regarding the correct color, please contact our customer service immediately.
Objects that cannot be returned or exchanged
Only products were produced incorrectly can be exchanged or Refunded.
1. Please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item (s) in writing (via Email. In many cases, problems can be solved before you send back the dress. If a return / exchange is required, please state the reason and include some photos of the defective parts in your Email. We reserve the right to refuse the return without the consent of the Customer.
2. Once our customer service has approved your request for Return / Exchange, please send the products as soon as possible back to us with the completed return form. Your parcel will be checked on arrival at our office. Only packets with valid Return Forms will be accepted. After the arrival of the article, the processing time of your return is approximately 10-15 working days. Please keep the tracking number as proof of good.
3. Once your return is audited and confirmed, your account will be credited within 10-15 business days. Please note that items that are not in perfect condition, are not entitled to a return and will be returned at your expense. The costs and the risk of returning the goods shall be supported by the customer.
All credit card payments will be refunded only to the original credit card.
